In April 2020, Lauren Dykovitz lost her mother to Alzheimer’s. She had a very difficult time coping with her mother’s disease and felt that she had nowhere to turn for advice. Now, she is helping others who are on this difficult journey to find strength and comfort.
Lauren offers one-on-one mentoring sessions to help women in their 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s cope with the emotions of having a parent that is living with Alzheimer’s Disease.
Nora’s Corner was created to be a safe space to remove the taboo of ALZ for the millennials and all that are interested. We can do this by meeting and sharing stories, having the tough conversations, provide resources and health tips plus more to bring awareness to Alzheimer's Disease.
